The ABCardionostics consortium is recruiting a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics to contribute to our mission: developing innovative fully human antibody-based solutions to improve the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis.
Hosted by the University of Bordeaux at the Centre de Résonance Magnétique des Systèmes Biologiques (CRMSB), you will work at the interface of immunology, bioinformatics and translational cardiovascular research.
Role within ABCardionostics
The Post-Doctoral Researcher will:
- Perform NGS and in silico analyses of human antibody sequences
- Identify and characterize antibody clonotypes selected through phage display
- Contribute to the discovery of pathology-relevant biomarkers through proteomics and pathway analysis
- Support AI-based antibody target prediction in collaboration with consortium partners

Profil
- PhD in biological sciences or bioinformatics
- Experience in NGS analysis and/or proteomics
- Strong programming skills (Python and/or R, Git, Nextflow)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English

- 24-month fixed-term contract
- Gross monthly salary: 2 750€
